Ⅳ Explanation
1、 Recommended particle size of powder for different use:
  for oxygen-acetylene flame spray welding: -150+325 mesh or -150 mesh
  for oxygen-acetylene or plasma spraying:-140+325 mesh
  for plasma spray welding: -60+200 mesh or -100+325 mesh
2、 Powder particle size can be customized according to customer's requirements.
3、 Alloy powder for oxygen-acetylene and plasma spray welding is also suitable for vacuum fusing.
4、 Powder should be kept under the condition of moisture proof, oxidation protection, and anticorrosion.
5、 If the powder is moisture absorbing or kept more than 3 months, it should be dried before use( heating for 2 hours at 150℃).
6、 The oxide and oil on the parts should be cleared strictly before spray welding.
7、 Spray welding process should be regulated to avoid the base material over-diluting.
8、 Powders of different type cannot be mixed use.
